Clubs in the Football Kenya Federation Premier League are gearing up for a nail-biting Round 25 fixture schedule for Sunday, 22 March 2026, with five matches lined up across different venues.

AFC vs Tusker

The highlight of the fixtures will see former champions AFC Leopards welcome Tusker FC at Nyayo National Stadium, starting at 4:00 pm local time, with Ingwe seeking to reduce the gap between them and runaway leaders Gor Mahia, who beat Shabana on Saturday, March 21, 2026, to strengthen their league hunt. Ahead of the encounter, Leopards are placed second on the log with 43 points, while Tusker are seventh with 37 points.

Speaking ahead of the tie, Tusker FC head coach Julien Mette acknowledged that the Brewers are ready for the task against the Leopards.

”I think we are good, ready and prepared. The victories are helping us to have better communication and a smile on our faces. It is a game of giving and receiving. For us, we are going for five wins in a row; we just want to maintain our philosophy. We push that and correct some details in our training sessions. Against Leopards will be more of a mental game than tactical, because Leopards have a lot of pressure on their shoulders, they have a lot of fans, they expect titles, which is not our case,” Mette said in his pre-match briefing.

AFC Leopards trashed the Brewers 4-0 at the same venue in January 2026, leaving Tusker with a point to prove in their revenge mission on Sunday, March 22, 2026.
