Retired President Uhuru Kenyatta came across bikers crisscrossing Kenya for fun while he was driving himself in a Mahindra double-cabin pickup.

Uhuru was in the Mahindra double-cabin pickup with other occupants but with a very lean security detail unlike when he was the sitting head of state.

The retired President made a stop after coming across the group of motorbike riders at an undisclosed location.

The riders told Uhuru that they were just crisscrossing Kenya on motorbikes just for fun and the former head of state vowed to join them later.

“Habari yenu? You are travelling around? All around Kenya? On your bikes? Made in Kenya? I hope you are having a good time? Mimi ntakuja kuwajoin,” Uhuru told the bikers.

Uhuru in Narok

This is not the first time Uhuru is appearing in public a month after he left power. A few days ago, he was seen in Narok County at a popular hotel in the area.

It later emerged that the retired President was in Narok on October 15, 2022, to honour his promise by donating a school bus to Partakilat Primary School.
