Tanzanian ace Diamond Platnumz endorsed Raila Odinga’s quest for the presidency during his performance at the Kasarani Stadium.
Speaking after entertaining Raila’s supporters congregated at the Kasarani stadium for Azimio’s final rally, the Waah hitmaker stated that the ODM leader is the ideal candidate in the Uhuru succession race.
“Baba, nataka nikumabie vijana wanakuamini sana, nchi inakuamini sana na wewe ndio rais wetu,” he said.
Diamond graces Raila’s final rally
The Tanzanian singer made a surprise entry at Kasarani stadium during the final campaign rally for Azimio la Umoja- One Kenya alliance.
He is among the guest artistes at the event.
Diamond landed in the country earlier in the day in the company of his daughter with Ugandan socialite Tiffah Ndagote.
Diamond will be heading back to South Africa after the performance for his daughter’s birthday.
After arrival, he was airlifted by a chopper hired by Azimio La Umoja party to the venue.
