TikToker Patrick Mbacio found dead after public appeal for help

Kenyan TikTok personality Patrick Mbacio, popularly known as The Patrick The Truth, has been found dead at his home in Nakuru, weeks after publicly appealing to women he had previously hosted to help him buy medication and meet his basic needs.
Mbacio’s death was reported on Sunday, September 27, 2026, after neighbours raised the alarm over his absence for nearly two days. He was last seen two days ago during a live event on TikTok before concerned neighbours forced their way into his house and found his body.
The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear, and the cause has not been publicly confirmed.
His passing comes after months of growing concern over his health, with the content creator revealing in August that he was battling diabetes and high blood pressure.
Mbacio to women he hosted
In early September 2026, Mbacio made a public appeal to women who had previously visited his home or benefited from his financial support, asking them to help him raise money for medication, fruits and other necessities.
In a video shared on TikTok, he addressed the women who had interacted with him and urged them to return the favour during his difficult period.
He said only two women had visited him since his health began deteriorating, expressing disappointment over the limited support he had received.
Mbacio also asked those who had previously received money from him for meals and transport to contribute whatever they could to help him purchase medication.
He stressed that even a small contribution would make a difference as he sought to manage his health condition.

The TikToker had attracted attention in August after followers noticed a significant change in his physical appearance, particularly his weight loss.
The concerns prompted speculation about his health, forcing him to address the rumours in a video posted on his social media account.

His content attracted widespread attention, making him a familiar figure on Kenya’s TikTok scene.
