2Mbili accuses KRG of turning against Arrow Bwoy after celebrating Shakib’s Vurugu 2 win

Content creator 2Mbili has questioned KRG The Don’s loyalty after the musician and businessman celebrated with Ugandan socialite Shakib Cham following his victory over Kenyan singer Arrow Bwoy at the Vurugu 2 celebrity boxing event.
The reaction came after KRG shared a video of himself hugging, congratulating and celebrating with Shakib after the Ugandan emerged victorious in the highly anticipated clash against Arrow Bwoy.
Arrow Bwoy had entered the fight with KRG’s public backing, with the flamboyant businessman previously encouraging him to take part in the boxing showdown and showing confidence in his ability to win.
However, after the fight ended with Shakib defeating Arrow Bwoy, KRG was seen celebrating with the same opponent who had handed the Kenyan musician a defeat, a moment that caught the attention of 2mbili.
In a strongly worded Instagram post on Sunday, June 21, 2026, 2Mbili appeared to accuse KRG of abandoning Arrow Bwoy after encouraging him to enter the ring.
“Never trust anyone around you!! While Arrow Bwoy was fighting to regain his consciousness, KRG, who pushed him to join the match, was celebrating with SHAKIB and advising him to invest the prize money in Kenya!!” 2Mbili wrote.
The controversy came shortly after Shakib secured a technical knockout victory over Arrow Bwoy in their celebrity boxing match at Vurugu 2 held at the Sarit Expo Centre in Westlands, Nairobi.
The fight had been one of the most anticipated moments of the event after months of build-up, with both camps engaging in intense exchanges before stepping into the ring.
Ahead of the bout, Arrow Bwoy and Shakib’s rivalry had intensified during their official face-off when the Kenyan singer shocked fans by pulling out a raw egg and smashing it on Shakib.
The dramatic moment forced security officials and organisers to intervene as tensions rose between the two sides.
When the two fighters finally faced each other in the ring, Shakib quickly took control of the contest and delivered a dominant performance that saw him secure victory through a technical knockout in the second round.
After the win, Shakib celebrated his triumph, with KRG among those who congratulated him.
Sharing a video of the celebration, KRG appeared to put emphasis on East African unity rather than rivalry.
“We remain as one Family of EAST AFRICA 👊6️⃣5️⃣0️⃣,” he wrote.

Nadia praised Arrow Bwoy for stepping into the ring for the first time, saying he had brought entertainment and skills to the event and that the attention he received showed the impact he had made.
She also defended him against online criticism, reminding people that many critics would not have managed to survive even half a round in the ring.
