Singer Nadia Mukami has encouraged her husband, Arrow Bwoy, to keep pushing forward after his defeat against Ugandan socialite Shakib Cham in their highly anticipated celebrity boxing clash at Vurugu 2.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, June 21, 2026, Nadia praised Arrows’ courage for stepping into the ring for his first boxing fight and reminded him that the experience was only the beginning of bigger opportunities ahead.

She acknowledged the effort Arrow Bwoy put into the contest, telling him that he had made an impact despite the outcome.

“To Baba Watoto, for a first fight, you tried a lot!!! Your first time in the arena and you did it!!!” Nadia wrote.

The singer praised her husband for bringing entertainment value to the event, saying his participation had helped make the fight one of the most anticipated moments of Vurugu 2.

“You brought SHOWBIZ and skills, as that was the MOST ANTICIPATED match of VURUGU 2 because of you!!!!!!!” she added.

Nadia further told Arrow Bwoy that the attention he attracted from the fight was a sign of his impact, encouraging him not to focus on the criticism and jokes that followed the defeat.

“People are talking about ARROW BWOY!! THAT’S ENOUGH!!!” she said.

The singer also urged him to ignore negative reactions from some people who mocked his loss, reminding him that many people would not have had the courage to step into the ring.

“Ignore the hate, the memes; some can’t even survive half a round!!!!” Nadia wrote.

She encouraged Arrow Bwoy to continue improving, insisting that the defeat should be viewed as part of his journey rather than a setback.

“NOW UP YOU GO!! KEEP TRAINING !!!!! BIG STAGES AHEAD!!!” she added.

Nadia also used the moment to promote her upcoming milestone celebration, inviting fans to attend her event marking 10 years in the music industry.

Arrow Bwoy’s defeat came after he faced Shakib Cham in one of the most talked-about fights at Vurugu 2, held at the Sarit Expo Centre in Westlands, Nairobi.

The fight had attracted massive attention even before the first bell after tensions between the two fighters escalated during the official face-off, where Arrow Bwoy shocked fans by smashing a raw egg on Shakib.

The dramatic moment forced security personnel and event organisers to intervene as emotions flared between the two camps.

However, when the two finally met inside the ring, Shakib dominated the contest, applying pressure from the opening exchanges and eventually securing a technical knockout victory.

Arrow Bwoy’s wife Nadia Mukami was present at the event to support him and was later seen reacting sadly after the result was announced.

The Arrow Bwoy versus Shakib clash was among the biggest highlights of Vurugu 2, an event organised by media personality Oga Obinna through Obinna TV Studios, which brought together celebrities, entertainers and boxers for a night of sport and entertainment.
