Details about the identities of the bodies dumped in Ngubi forest, Kiambu county have emerged.

According to a report, a twitter big wig and three of his friends are among the bodies found dumped in the said forest.

It is alleged that the influencer, Frank Obegi, and his friends Mike, and Eli were reported missing between Monday and Wednesday last week in Nairobi’s Kasarani area.

Three of the bodies were found in Ngubi forest while one body was found in Magadi, Kajiado county.

According to family sources, two of the men disappeared after they filed a missing person report following the disappearance of the influencer.

Kiambu OCPD confirms the incident

Speaking to a local publication, Lari OCPD Anderson Furaha confirmed the incident stating that the bodies were badly mutilated.

He also noted that the victims were strangled to death and had their private parts amputated.

“One of them had been partly eaten by wild animals. Their parts had been amputated and it seems they died through strangulation. They had no identification documents and were naked,” he stated.

Earlier, residents in Lari had disclosed that one body was found on Saturday, while the other three were found on Sunday.

Furaha said investigations have been launched to establish the motive of the killings and the identity of the other two victims.

Meanwhile, the bodies are currently preserved at the city mortuary in Nairobi.
