Isaya Yunge has responded to claims that he was married and had an abandoned child.

The claims were made by a famous blog that posted that Yunge had an abandoned child. He has now denied the claims and said the child mentioned in the story is his niece, not his own child.

Yunge said the blog should apologise to his brother, David Wachira, for bringing his child into the matter. He explained that the child is innocent and should not have been included in a story that he described as hateful. Yunge also said people should be careful when sharing stories that involve other people’s lives.

“You will have to apologise to my brother, Dr David Wachira, for dragging his precious child to your hateful nonsense,” Isaya Yunge said on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

Yunge said the child belongs to his brother and is his niece. He explained that those behind the story should look for the child’s father instead of linking him to the claims. He also accused the blog of fabricating stories for clicks and likes.

Yunge said the matter had gone too far because an innocent child had been dragged into the story. He explained that he could not remain silent after the child was mentioned in the claims. He also warned the people behind the post that he would continue to defend his niece.

“You play with people’s lives, but when you touch an innocent child and fabricate stories for clicks and likes, you have unleashed a lifetime enemy hunt,” Isaya Yunge said.

Yunge further said the people behind the story should apologise for mentioning his niece. He explained that the child should not be used in stories about him, especially when she has nothing to do with the claims. He also said the people involved had ended up attacking a Kenyan family.

“Look for the father of my beautiful innocent niece and apologise; you got too much; you ended up attacking a Kenyan family,” Isaya Yunge said.

Yunge has remained a trending name following his engagement to Charlene Ruto. He has continued to attract attention, with different stories about him appearing online. The latest claims prompted him to clarify that the child mentioned by the blog is not his.
