Tileh Pacbro undergoes surgical hair transplant to fix his receding hairline
Celebrity dancer Tileh Pacbro has taken a decisive step to restore his receding hairline, undergoing a surgical hair restoration procedure.
Ahead of the operation on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, he shared a photo showing himself with a doctor behind him, his scalp already marked to indicate the areas where the procedure would be performed.

In an earlier post, the dancer had revealed his excitement and determination about the procedure.
He noted that he was eager to begin the surgery, noting how important it was for him to address his hairline and appearance.
He also expressed a mix of anticipation and optimism, emphasising that trying different solutions was necessary given how he felt about his head and overall look.
“Hi guys, so today is the day. I am going with option one, and I am trying to get back this hairline. Of course, I refuse to be the adult Kirikou who doesn’t look good. I want to look good. I have to try other things coz of how my head looks. Wish me luck.”
The move left fans with mixed reactions, and while some wondered how much he had paid for the surgery, others felt he looked fine and should not have given in to social media pressure.

The latest revelation came when he announced that he does not believe in God.
In an Instagram post in August 2023, Tileh, born David Otieno, opened up about his personal beliefs, revealing that he identifies as an atheist.
At the time, he shared a photo of his mother praying, revealing that even though he does not believe in the God she prays to, he still bows his head in respect and only lifts it once she has finished.
He added that he believes her prayers are answered, leaving fans with even more mixed reactions.
“As an atheist, when my mama prays, I listen keenly and ensure I don’t lift my head off the grind until her prayers are answered.”
