Natalie Githinji shares health update after endometriosis flare

Media personality Natalie Githinji has shared a health update after being admitted to hospital while receiving treatment following an endometriosis flare.
The media personality said she is feeling better and hopes to be discharged on Friday, August 7, 2026.
Natalie said she is alive and doing well as she continues to recover from the flare. She also expressed hope that she would soon leave the hospital and return to her normal routine.
“Yeah, I am feeling better. I am alive, and I am doing well. I just hope wani discharge leo,” Natalie Githinji said.

The media personality explained that she was looking forward to getting out of the hospital and starting to enjoy her usual activities again. She said she wanted to move around freely once she was discharged and able to continue with her life.
“Ndio nianze kuishi tena. Vile nitaruka ruka. Nitazurura hadi nitembee nifike town,” Natalie Githinji said.

Laura had shared the information on Natalie’s behalf and asked people to keep the media personality in their prayers. She explained that Natalie was admitted and receiving treatment after experiencing the endometriosis flare.

“Hi guys, posting on behalf of Natalie. Today is one of those days we ask you to keep her in your prayers. She’s having an endometriosis flare and is currently admitted, receiving treatment,” Laura Mbatha said.
Laura also explained that she would continue sharing updates about Natalie’s condition as she went through treatment. She shared the message as Natalie’s friend and asked people to remember her during the difficult period.
Natalie’s latest update shows that she is now feeling better as she continues her recovery. She also spoke about her plans once she leaves the hospital, showing that she is looking forward to getting back to her normal routine.
