Pritty Vishy fires back at Lillian Ng’ang’a after questioning 20-year-olds’ love for their bodies

Pritty Vishy has fired back at Lillian Ng’ang’a after Lillian shared a message questioning why young women in their 20s dislike their bodies to the point of taking risky measures.

Lillian, on Thursday, November 27, 2025, said that during her 20s, she and her friends were simply young girls enjoying life. She explained that she does not understand what has changed among the current generation.

She added, “In our 20s, we were skinny, young girls just enjoying life. Idk. What changed? Now we have 20 YOs who hate their bodies so much to the point of endangering their lives…and yes, to each their own… But nothing tops healthy eating and exercise. It’s also cheaper, even if you have the money to spend.”

Her statement appeared to criticise the growing trend of body enhancement procedures such as BBLs and weight loss surgeries.

Pritty Vishy, who has publicly undergone a BBL and liposuction, quickly responded with a sharp message. She wrote, “In your 20s, manade, to earth with their own na ukona maoni Weeeeh, log out. uende ulee.” Her comment showed clear frustration and disagreement with Lilian’s viewpoint.

Lillian Ng’ang’a’s statement

Lillian’s post focused on her belief that today’s young women face intense pressure to look a certain way, leading some to make choices she considers dangerous or unnecessary.

She insisted that healthy eating and basic exercise remain the most effective way to care for one’s body, even for those who can afford cosmetic procedures.

Her message came at a time when many influencers and social media personalities openly discuss using Ozempic, liposuction, BBLs, and other enhancements. Lilian’s remarks suggested concern about how far body image expectations have gone.

Pritty Vishy’s response made it clear she felt Lillian’s viewpoint was dismissive of modern realities. Her statement implied that Lilian was out of touch with what younger women face today, especially those who choose cosmetic procedures for personal reasons.

By telling Lilian to “log out,” Pritty Vishy expressed that she found her comments unnecessary.

The exchange showed a clear difference in opinion between two women from different eras. Lillian reflected on a time when cosmetic procedures were not as common, while Pritty Vishy spoke from the experience of someone living in a generation where such procedures are normal.
