Pritty Vishy says she hated herself before cosmetic surgery, opening up about how she felt about her body before deciding to undergo the procedures.
The content creator said she had spent years dealing with feelings that made her put herself last. She explained that reaching a certain point made her decide to put herself first and see a different side of herself.
“I won’t lie that I loved the HER before. I hated myself so much, I tolerated alooooooot JUST BECAUSE….but it reached a point I had to put HER first and get to see the other side….and well, she’s so beautiful,” Pritty Vishy said on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
Vishy said the change has given her a different feeling about her body, with the content creator now expressing strong excitement about the person she sees. She explained that she has become more comfortable with her appearance after making the decision to undergo cosmetic surgery.
She also said she now appreciates the marks left behind by the procedures.
“But rn I’m so obsessed with HER and every scar on her speaks a lot,” Pritty Vishy said.

Vishy’s comments come after her second round of cosmetic surgery, which targeted her arms and breasts. In a post shared on her Instagram stories on Friday, April 24, 2026, she appeared upbeat about the changes while also acknowledging that she had gained a few extra pounds.
She said the weight gain was not something to worry about as she continued with her recovery.
“I have added a few pounds, but don’t worry wacha nipone kwanza. This body is gonna be goals,” Pritty Vishy said.
Earlier in 2026, there were online claims that Vishy had also undergone a Brazilian Butt Lift, commonly known as a BBL. She later clarified that she had only focused on procedures targeting her midsection and admitted that she had added to the speculation for online engagement.
Her clarification came as she continued to speak about the changes she was making to her body.
Vishy has also explained that her decision to undergo the procedures was linked to years of body shaming and online criticism. She said the changes have helped improve her confidence as she continues with her transformation journey. Her latest remarks show a different view of her body compared with how she described feeling before the surgery.
