This body is gonna be goals: Pritty Vishy speaks on post-surgery changes

Upcoming socialite and content creator Pritty Vishy has opened up about her body transformation journey following a second round of cosmetic surgery targeting her arms and breasts.
In a post shared on her Instagram stories on Friday, April 24, 2026, she appeared upbeat and unapologetic about the changes she is making to her body, even as she acknowledged that she has added a few extra pounds along the way. Still, she made it clear that the end goal is what matters most to her.
“I have added few pounds but Don’t worry wacha nipone kwanza This body is gonna be goals,” Pritty Vishy wrote.

Just days ago, Pritty Vishy confirmed that she is back in recovery after going through a second round of intensive cosmetic surgery.
The influencer, who first rose to fame as a digital content creator, told her followers on April 20, 2026, that she had undergone arm liposuction and breast enhancement. She shared the update through videos on her social media pages, where she also showed parts of her early recovery process.
“@tresbeau_medicalgroup made me do it..no more big arms and fallen soldiers 😂💃💃,” Vishy captioned a video showing her before-and-after transformation.
This latest procedure comes about a year after her major body transformation in 2025, when she went through a “liposuction 360” and a tummy tuck to reshape her body.
Vishy has openly spoken about the cost and challenges of her body transformation journey. She has previously revealed that she has spent more than Ksh1.5 million on different cosmetic procedures.
Earlier in 2026, there were online claims that she had also done a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). However, Vishy later clarified that she had only focused on her midsection procedures and admitted she had added to the speculation for online engagement.

She has also said that her main motivation for undergoing these changes has been to overcome years of body shaming and online criticism, noting that the procedures have helped improve her confidence.
However, her journey has not been smooth. During her first surgery experience, she faced health complications, including oedema (severe swelling) and severe pain that led to a return to the hospital shortly after discharge.
Despite those challenges, she now appears focused on completing her transformation. Her recent posts show her in recovery, with bandages visible as she heals from the arm and breast procedures.
