KRG The Don defends Nadia Mukami
In a previous interview, musician KRG The Don spoke on trolls directed to Nadia over her outfit during his performance in Meru.
After the performance, some of her fans noted that the outfit exposed her in not a good way, especially since she is yet to lose the baby fat women get during pregnancy.
Reacting to the trolls KRG said;
“Sometimes I wonder why people are bitter with life. People should have respect towards someone who has had a pregnancy, especially immediately after birth
“Nadia is also a musician and she entertains a lot of people; this means she deals with emotions from a lot of people. Once a woman has given birth, it is obvious to add weight and they need time to heal.”
Corazon Kwamboka postpartum depression
As earlier reported on K24 Digital, socialite Corazon Kwamboka has opened up on her struggles with mental health days after admitting that she suffered postpartum depression.
Through her Instagram page, the mother of two shared her experience with depression that saw her spend a few days in the hospital.
Kwamboka noted that the matter was meant to be private but it somehow found its way to the blogs forcing her to publicly talk about it.
“It’s about time we stop this gossip and immaturity and take mental health seriously. When someone tells you they’re going through something stop automatically assuming they want sympathy or attention. Listen to them, take it seriously, you may just save a life,” Kwamboka said.
Adding; “I’m here to tell you that depression is not a joke and it’s not the same as feeling sad. It’s literally something that affects your brain, stops you from seeing any good in your life. And if you’re depressed please seek help. Don’t give up.”
