Kenyan boxer Fatuma “Iron Fist” Zarika on Sunday morning put her World Boxing Council (WBC) Super Bantamweight title on the line facing Mexican Yamileth “Yeimi” Mercado.
The bout, which has already started, is broadcast live by K24TV as well as on K24 Digital on https://www.k24tv.co.ke/livestream/.
This is the second time Zarika and the Mexican Mercado are facing off in a rematch taking place in the town that is based 1,440km north of Mexico City.
Zarika, 34, won in a controversial split-point decision on September 8 last year in Nairobi.
In her first defence of the title the Kenyan fighter beat Zambia’s Catherine Phiri on December 2, 2017 in Nairobi.
