The Democracy for Citizens Party (DCP) interim deputy party leader, Cleophas Malala, has issued a stern warning to party members, emphasising that dishonesty will not be tolerated.

Speaking after DCP’s official launch on Thursday, May 15, 2025, Malala warned that dishonesty among members would not be tolerated, stating that anyone found spreading falsehoods risks suspension, underscoring the party’s commitment to integrity and truthfulness.

You can be suspended if you tell a lie in this party. hii ni chama cha kusema ukweli hatutaki mtu yeyote muongo. We are allergic to lies, and our party leader has shown that by being a truthful man,” Malala warned.
