List of Kenyans set to be kicked out of the US in looming mass deportations

About 15 Kenyans are set to be kicked out of the United States after the Donald Trump administration classified them as the worst of the worst criminal aliens.

This is after they were arrested over various crimes, ranging from driving under the influence to robbery.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, in a statement published via the official website of the US government on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, said the 15 had been arrested by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

“The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is highlighting the worst of worst criminal aliens arrested by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE),” the statement read in part.

Fulfilling President Trump’s promise

According to the statement, the DHS and ICE officers are fulfilling President Trump’s promise by carrying out the mass deportations, which will start with the individuals classified as the worst of the worst.

“Under Secretary Noem’s leadership, the hardworking men and women of DHS and ICE are fulfilling President Trump’s promise and carrying out mass deportations – starting with the worst of the worst – including the illegal aliens you see here,” the statement read.

List of Kenyans to be deported

  1. Alfred Obiero: Obiero, who was arrested in Colorado Springs, Colorado, was convicted of assault, driving under the influence of liquor, and domestic violence.
  2. Bethuel Githu: He was arrested in Chowchilla, California, and was convicted of robbery.
  3. Patrick Mwangi: Mwangi was arrested in San Antonio, Texas, and was convicted of driving under the influence of liquor.
  4. Daniel Kathi: He was arrested in Conroe, Texas, and was convicted of driving under the influence of liquor.
  5. Isaac Githinji: He was arrested in Apache Junction, Arizona, and was convicted of flight to avoid (prosecution, confinement, etc.).
  6. Moses Okoth: He was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee, and was convicted of aggravated assault with a weapon.
  7. Clement Mulovi: He was arrested in Houston, Texas, and was convicted of fraud.
  8. Mohamed Chekchekani: He was arrested in San Pedro, California, and was convicted of kidnapping a minor and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organisations Act (RICO).
  9. Moffat Muriithi: He was arrested in Seguin, Texas, and was convicted of dangerous drugs.
  10. Naserian Montent: He was arrested in Spanish Fork, Utah, and was convicted of assault and violation of a court order.
  11. Francis Mungai: He was arrested in Burlington, Massachusetts, and was convicted of receiving stolen property.
  12. Antony Karia: He was arrested in Seattle, Washington, and was convicted of fraud – false statement, and hit and run.
  13. Boniface Mburu: He was arrested in Marietta, Georgia, and was convicted of aggravated assault with a weapon and stolen property.
  14. Kevin Kunyanyi: He was arrested in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and was convicted of assault, making terroristic threats, and simple assault.
  15. Collins Keanche: He was arrested in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, and was convicted of forgery of cheques and money laundering.
