Ugandan businesswoman and reality TV star Zari Hassan has penned a touching message to her firstborn son, Pinto Tlale, as he marked his 23rd birthday.
Taking to social media on Friday, August 7,2026, the mother of five expressed her pride in the young man Pinto has become, describing him as intelligent, humble, hardworking and deeply rooted in his faith.
“Happy birthday to my amazing son. Watching you grow into such an intelligent, humble, hard-working young man, deeply rooted in your faith, fills my heart with pride.
Zari went on to praise her son’s wisdom, discipline and kindness, expressing confidence that his strong values and love for God would continue to open doors for him in the future.
She also offered heartfelt prayers for his life, asking God to guide his every step, protect him, increase him in knowledge and wisdom, and bless the work of his hands.
“Your wisdom, discipline, kindness, and love for God will continue to open beautiful doors for you. May God guide every step you take, protect you, increase you in knowledge and wisdom, and bless the work of your hands,” she added.

Who is Pinto Tlale?
Pinto Tlale is Zari Hassan’s eldest child from her late marriage to Ugandan businessman Ivan Ssemwanga. He was born in 2003 and turned 23 this year.
Unlike his famous mother, Pinto has largely maintained a private life despite growing up in the spotlight. He occasionally appears in family photos shared by Zari but generally keeps a low profile on social media.
