Kienyeji Promax breaks down after her popular Facebook page is permanently disabled

TikTok star Alice Chebet, popularly known as Kienyeji Pro Max, has shared an emotional update after discovering that her Facebook account had been permanently disabled.
In a TikTok video shared on Friday, July 31, 2026, Chebet broke down in tears after returning home from school and learning that Facebook had rejected her appeal against the suspension of her account.
In a video, she is seen visibly distressed as she sits with her head resting on her knees while sobbing after learning that she had lost access to the account.
Violation of Facebook rules
Kienyeji then went ahead to share screenshots of the notifications and messages she had received from Facebook detailing the action taken against her account.
In one of the notifications, Facebook informed her that the review she had requested had failed and that the account had been permanently disabled.
“Your review was unsuccessful,” the notification read.
“Your Facebook account has been permanently disabled. You requested a review of this decision, but we still found that your account, or activity on it, didn’t follow our Community Standards. You can’t request another review.”
Facebook further directed her to its Community Standards for more information on why accounts are disabled.
The social media platform also informed Chebet that the decision was based on concerns relating to account integrity.
In another notification, Facebook told her that her account had been suspended because the account or activity associated with it allegedly did not comply with its Community Standards on account integrity.
“Your Facebook account has been suspended. This is because your account, or activity on it, doesn’t follow our Community Standards on account integrity,” Facebook stated.
The notification initially gave Chebet an opportunity to challenge the decision, informing her that she had 180 days to appeal.
“If you think that we’ve suspended your account by mistake, you’ll have 180 days to appeal our decision. If you miss this deadline, your account will be permanently disabled,” Facebook told her.
Permanent disabling
In the final message shared by Chebet, Facebook said it had reviewed the account and determined that it still did not comply with its Community Standards on account integrity.
“We reviewed your account and found that it still doesn’t follow our Community Standards on account integrity,” the platform stated.
Facebook then informed her that she could no longer request another review of the decision.
“You cannot request another review of this decision,” the message read.
The platform again directed her to its Community Standards for more information on the reasons accounts may be disabled.
It also provided an option for Chebet to download her information from the account.
“To learn more about the reasons we disable accounts, visit the Community Standards. Read more about account integrity,” it added.
The account suspension and subsequent permanent disabling come at a time when Chebet has continued to build her profile across social media platforms.
Known online as Kienyeji Pro Max, Chebet rose to fame through her popular TikTok account, where she shares lifestyle and entertainment-related content.
Her growing popularity online also attracted the attention of well-wishers and philanthropists, who rallied behind her education journey.
The support from Kenyans helped her enrol at Itigo Girls High School, allowing her to continue with her education while maintaining her growing presence on social media.
Chebet is from Kipchiria in Mt Elgon, Bungoma County, and is associated with the Sabaot community.
