Nairobi County Chief Officer for Citizen Engagement and Customer Service Geoffrey Mosiria has congratulated singer Nadia Mukami after attending her 10 Years of Nadia Mukami concert, which took place on August 1, 2026, saying the award-winning artiste is destined for even greater success.

Mosiria shared the message in a video posted on his Instagram page on Sunday, August 2, 2026, where he praised Nadia’s contribution to the Kenyan music industry and wished her continued success.

His remarks came after the singer celebrated a decade in music with a concert that attracted fellow artistes, celebrities, and fans.

Mosiria praises Nadia’s music

Speaking after the event, Mosiria described Nadia as one of Kenya’s outstanding musicians, saying her music has remained suitable for listeners of all ages.

He also congratulated her for reaching the 10-year milestone, expressing confidence that she still has a bright future ahead. “Nadia Mukami is doing amazing music, and she will go far in her music career,” Mosiria said.

“Congratulations, Nadia Mukami, on your 10 years in the music industry. Wishing you many more years of success, bigger achievements, and continued blessings in your musical journey,” he added.

Says her music inspires families

Mosiria also commended the type of music Nadia produces, saying it promotes positive values and can comfortably be enjoyed by families.

He noted that her songs stand out because they are clean and inspiring, unlike some music that encourages harmful trends.

“The best thing about Nadia Mukami’s music is that you can listen to it with your family. It’s clean, inspiring, and enjoyable for all ages, unlike some songs that promote inappropriate challenges and content,” Mosiria said.

Remarks on Arrow Bwoy

During the same video, Mosiria also briefly addressed Nadia and fellow singer Arrow Bwoy after the two appeared together on stage during the anniversary concert.

“Ni uchungu sana, mafisi, mkiona Arrow Bwoy na Nadia Mukami wamerudiana,” Mosiria joked, drawing laughter from those around him.

The light-hearted remark came after Arrow Bwoy made a surprise appearance at the concert, where he performed alongside Nadia before publicly apologising to her. Nadia, however, later clarified that while she appreciated his presence, she did not consider it an apology.

Earlier in July 2026, Mosiria had attempted to reconcile the former couple during a phone call, but Nadia maintained that she had already moved on. He later accepted her decision and advised the public not to interfere in their personal relationship.

Celebrating a decade in music

Nadia’s anniversary concert marked an important milestone in her career, celebrating ten years since she began her journey in the music industry.

Over the years, she has released several hit songs, collaborated with different artistes and built a loyal fan base across East Africa.

As congratulations continue to pour in following the successful event, Mosiria’s message adds to the growing recognition of Nadia’s impact on Kenyan music and his belief that her biggest achievements are still ahead.
