Arrow Bwoy vows to defend national pride in upcoming fight with Zari’s husband Shakib

Music star Arrow Bwoy has activated full beast mode, trading his smooth dancehall melodies for gruelling, high-intensity workouts as he prepares to settle an explosive cross-border feud in the boxing ring.
The ‘Radio Love’ hitmaker sent shockwaves through social media on Thursday, June 4, 2026, after sharing video evidence of his terrifying physical conditioning.
In the viral clip, a sweat-drenched Arrow Bwoy can be seen pulling off a jaw-dropping strength routine, flipping and lifting a massive, heavy tractor wheel with sheer brute force.
The display is a direct warning to Ugandan businessman and socialite Shakib Cham, famously known as the husband of Ugandan billionaire “Boss Lady” Zari Hassan, ahead of their mega celebrity bout at the upcoming Vurugu 2 boxing event.
The fierce rivalry between the two East African figures has been simmering for months, sparking intense social media banter between fans from Kenya and Uganda.
But for Arrow Bwoy, the upcoming clash in Nairobi is no longer just a publicity stunt – it has transformed into a high-stakes battle for national pride.
Captioning the jaw-dropping training footage, Arrow Bwoy made it crystal clear that he is fighting for the honor of his motherland.
“Vurugu 2 loading ready or not. 🇰🇪 flag must be respected,” the singer fired off aggressively.

The beef originally ignited after Shakib boldly challenged Arrow Bwoy to a celebrity match, confidently vowing to knock out the Kenyan musician on his own turf.
Arrow Bwoy wasted no time accepting the challenge, publicly promising to “punish” Shakib for his arrogance.
In a cheeky swipe, the Kenyan star previously warned Shakib not to bring his famous older wife, Zari, to the ringside, taunting that the dramatic socialite might faint from seeing her boytoy get pummeled.
The pressure is heavily on Shakib, who is desperately seeking redemption after suffering a humiliating boxing defeat to Ugandan musician Rickman Manrick at the Kampala Rumble in August 2025.
Despite Arrow Bwoy’s impressive tire-flipping display, industry peers are tracking his progress with a healthy dose of scepticism.
Media personality Oga Obinna recently urged the singer to drop the showmanship and get serious, warning him, “Stop dancing and start training, utapigwa bro (you will get beaten, brother).”
It seems Arrow Bwoy took that advice to heart. With “Vurugu 2” fast approaching, the pop star is leaving absolutely nothing to chance, transforming his body into a weapon to ensure the Kenyan flag flies high and Shakib leaves Nairobi empty-handed.
