Sonko gives Wasafi singer Lava Lava extensive tour of his massive shoe closet

Former Nairobi governor Mike Sonko hosted Bongo singer Lala Lava at his Upper Hill office on December 8, 2022.

Sonko, through a post on social media, said that Lava Lala paid him a courtesy call at his office.

Yesterday I hosted Tz Bongo Flava star Lava Lava who had paid me a courtesy call at my Upper Hill office,” Sonko tweeted.

Shoe collection

Sonko gave the Bongo singer an extensive tour of his massive shoe closet which has tens of footwear of various designs and brands.

Sonko’s shoe closet is massive in size and has an opulent design and appearance. It also features furniture coated in golden colour.

Lava Lava

Lala Lava is a fast-rising Tanzanian singer signed under WCB Wasafi record label that is owned by Diamond Platnumz.

Diamond’s Wasafi has nurtured young talents such as Harmonize, Rayvanny, Lava Lava, Queen Darleen, Mbosso and Zuchu. Some like Harmonize and Rayvanny left the label.

Lava Lava boasts of several hit songs including ‘Jibebe’ which he collaborated with his boss Diamond and Mbosso.

According to his posts on social media, Lala Lava has been in Kenya for some time, performing at various gigs at the Coast.

He is also slated to perform at a Christmas eve gig in Kenya.
