He described the evening as an energising and reflective gathering—one that brought together youthful leaders committed to sparking transformative change in their communities.
According to the artist, conversations revolved around ethical leadership, accountability, and the shared responsibility to uplift marginalised groups.
“It was an inspiring evening connecting with fellow youthful aspirants, exchanging ideas, and reaffirming our commitment to driving meaningful impact in our communities and across our nation,” he stated.

Octopizzo added that true leadership in Kenya’s next chapter must be rooted in service and empathy rather than theatrics or populism.
“Leadership is the art of listening deeply so that decisions reflect the voices, needs, and hopes of the people you serve,” the artist noted.

Maraga’s agenda
During the night event, Maraga unveiled his agenda, with the core being to reject the labour export and rebuild capacity at home.

Maraga announced that he would shrink the cost of politics, hard-capping debt service near Ksh 600 billion, cancelling fraudulent or idle contracts, and freezing non-essential borrowing.
” My government will seek to find efficiencies and deploy previously wasted funds to serve Kenyans. This is necessary to ensure macroeconomic balance and reduction of the crowding out effects of the current administration’s policies,” he explained.
