Digital content creator and influencer Purity Vishieno, also known as Pritty Vishy, has expressed fears of bouncing back to her previous body before embracing a weight loss journey.

Pritty, who has been open about her private life, from struggles with body shaming to her weight loss journey, admitted during a Q&A session with her fans that she is now being treated more kindly than before she had her body snatched.

However, she says that the overwhelming love she receives makes her fear returning to her old self

“Yeeeeeeees big time, of course, it makes me feel good, and at the same time, it gives me fear of going back to the old me,” she said.

Weight loss journey

This comes just months after she embarked on a weight-loss journey that saw her shed an impressive 41 kilograms with the help of the diabetes drug Ozempic and regular gym sessions.

Before turning to surgery, Vishy had been open about her struggles with weight. She began with intense gym workouts, determined to lose weight naturally. However, after four months, the results were discouraging.

“Four months in the gym… I went to the weighing scale, I was 95 and now it has shot to 97 kgs. I gave up,” she confessed.

That frustration led her to try Ozempic, a drug originally designed for diabetes but used off-label for weight loss. She recalled being warned about possible side effects.

“I tried the gym, it beat me. I cannot lose weight. So I opted for Ozempic. I was injected, and I was told I would experience some side effects such as vomiting, diarrhoea, and a lack of appetite. Only one worked. I eat too much. When I was injected with Ozempic, I didn’t eat that much,” she explained.

The content creator has also undergone cosmetic procedures, including a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), tummy tuck, and 360 liposuction.

Body shamed

It is worth noting that the content creator previously opened up about her long and painful struggle with body shaming, revealing that criticism from close friends, family, society, and even religious figures took a heavy toll on her self-esteem.

According to Vishy, body shaming was not just something she experienced from strangers but from the very people she trusted most, her friends, family, and even religious leaders. She said their harsh words reinforced her insecurities, leaving her ashamed and uncomfortable in her skin.

“I got tired of doubting myself; I got tired of questioning my worth every time someone left me. I have been body shamed by family, friends, people I thought were my best friends, society, and even your ‘man of God’,” she said.

Vishy added that she could not bring herself to wear a bikini comfortably or even get naked in front of her girlfriends. While she often portrayed confidence online, in reality, she hid her insecurities. She recalled moments when she would cover her body with a towel even after taking videos or pictures to conceal what she felt were flaws.

She noted that only women who have experienced life as “big babes” can truly understand the depth of her struggles.
