Pritty Vishy hits back at critics doubting her cosmetic surgeries

Digital content creator and influencer Purity Vishieno, alias Pritty Vishy, has responded to critics who have questioned the authenticity of her recent cosmetic surgeries.
The influencer has been documenting her recovery journey after undergoing cosmetic procedures, including a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), tummy tuck, and 360 liposuction.
In a candid post shared on her official Instagram account on Friday night, August 15, 2025, Pritty Vishy said that she does not understand why some people underestimate her to the extent of doubting her body enhancement surgeries.
She added that she finds it entertaining that some people continue to argue over what she openly admitted doing.
“The way people underestimate me and wonder how I have gone through this is just funny. Adi wengine hawaamini nimefanya chenye nasema nimefanya….wanabishana na Mimi,” she said.
Her comeback highlights the growing conversation around her cosmetic enhancements and the scrutiny she has faced after announcing that she underwent the procedures.

Cosmetic procedure
While sharing her journey, the YouTuber documented every step, from leaving her home and checking into the hospital to her recovery process
“I have added a few kilos since I have been eating so recklessly. I know I have told you guys that I am going to have a BBL, and now you guys are like, huh? I am at the hospital right now and I feel nervous. I am here at 7 am, and the procedure was supposed to start at 5.30 am,” she said in the video uploaded on YouTube on Thursday, August 7, 2025.
“I am so ready. I am having mixed emotions, but I am going to be snatched,” she declared with a smile.
“When you see someone has gone for a BBL, don’t judge that person because of the pain! You cannot cry but… You can’t even laugh. There is pain everywhere. But anyway, this is how I am now,” she joked, hinting at the intense recovery process.

Ozempic
This comes just months after she embarked on a weight-loss journey that saw her shed an impressive 41 kilograms with the help of the diabetes drug Ozempic and regular gym sessions.
Before turning to surgery, Vishy had been open about her struggles with weight. She began with intense gym workouts, determined to lose weight naturally. However, after four months, the results were discouraging.
“Four months in the gym… I went to the weighing scale, I was 95 and now it has shot to 97 kgs. I gave up,” she confessed.
That frustration led her to try Ozempic, a drug originally designed for diabetes but used off-label for weight loss. She recalled being warned about possible side effects.
“I tried the gym, it beat me. I cannot lose weight. So I opted for Ozempic. I was injected, and I was told I would experience some side effects such as vomiting, diarrhoea, and a lack of appetite. Only one worked. I eat too much. When I was injected with Ozempic, I didn’t eat that much,” she explained.
