Kenyan digital content creator and social media personality Pritty Vishy has unveiled her new body transformation after undergoing a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and 360 liposuction.

Sharing a short video of her snatched figure on Friday, August 8, 2025, Vishy revealed she was still recovering from the cosmetic procedures.

“Three weeks post BBL, tummy tuck and liposuction 360,” she told her fans.

Her transformation has been a gradual process, with Vishy documenting the intimate details of her journey on her YouTube channel. In one of her recent vlogs, she opened up about the nervousness she felt before surgery.

“I have added a few kilos since I have been eating so recklessly,” she admitted on camera.

“I know I have told you guys that I am going to have a BBL, and now you guys are like, huh? I am at the hospital right now, and I feel nervous. I am here at 7 am, and the procedure was supposed to start at 5.30 am,” she stated.

Ozempic

This comes just months after she embarked on a weight-loss journey that saw her shed an impressive 41 kilograms with the help of the diabetes drug Ozempic and regular gym sessions.

Before turning to surgery, Vishy had been open about her struggles with weight. She began with intense gym workouts, determined to lose weight naturally. However, after four months, the results were discouraging.

“Four months in the gym… I went to the weighing scale, I was 95 and now it has shot to 97 kgs. I gave up,” she confessed.

That frustration led her to try Ozempic, a drug originally designed for diabetes but used off-label for weight loss. She recalled being warned about possible side effects.

“I tried the gym, it beat me. I cannot lose weight. So I opted for Ozempic. I was injected, and I was told I would experience some side effects such as vomiting, diarrhoea, and a lack of appetite. Only one worked. I eat too much. When I was injected with Ozempic, I didn’t eat that much,” she explained.

The results were quick and dramatic. In just three months, she went from 112 kilograms to 89 kilograms, losing 23 kilograms while continuing to work out. By February 2025, five months into the treatment, she was down to 84 kilograms, a total loss of 28 kilograms.

On May 9, 2025, during an interview on a local TV station, Vishy revealed she now weighed 71 kilograms. This marked a total loss of 41 kilograms since she started her journey.

Reflecting on her past struggles, she admitted her former weight made everyday activities difficult.

“Before I decided to start my weight-loss journey, I had so many challenges… sometimes if you had climbed somewhere, maybe stairs, I would be breathing… or even talking… I would have to pause, ‘uuu’,” she recalled.
