Maureen Waititu issues stern warning to anonymous cyberbully

Content creator Maureen Waititu has issued a strong warning to an anonymous person she says has been targeting her and her children through online harassment.
In a firm message on Instagram on Thursday, November 27, 2025, she said she is taking all possible steps to identify the person behind the attacks and ensure they face justice.
Waititu said she has reached a point where she is no longer willing to stay silent about the situation.
“I’m done playing nice with this particular person. I am using every resource within my power and capability to smoke you out and bring you to justice; then you can say these things you are saying, hiding behind a pseudo account to my face,” she said.

She added that she had already blocked the account but believed the individual was still watching her posts through their real profile. She warned them to stop involving her children in any of their messages.
“I have blocked you, but I know you are here watching and reading with your real account. Leave my children out of your twisted and sick mind. You are sick, obsessed, and a coward to be insulting children!” she said.
Dangerous behaviour
Waititu described the person as a threat and said she would do what she could to stop them from continuing with the harassment. “This person is a danger to society, and I’ll do my part to make sure they are stopped,” she said.
She also appealed to the public for help in identifying the person behind the messages. She asked for possible leads or contacts who could assist in determining the account holder.
“Guys, I’m open to any leads or contacts I can use to smoke out this person. This is the worst kind of cyberbullying and harassment,” she said.
Waititu ended her statement by saying she was determined to protect her children and prevent similar harm from happening to anyone else. She said she was ready to take action immediately.
“For my kids, I’m riding at dawn. I’ll make sure you never get to do this to another person or innocent children,” she said.
Her message focused on her frustration with the ongoing harassment and her decision to use all available means to track down the person she believes is hiding behind a false online identity.
