Kenyan comedian and content creator Flaqo Raz has mocked the rising wave of cosmetic surgeries among female influencers in Kenya.

In a video he shared on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, Flaqo argued that the trend of Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs) and other body-enhancing procedures had become too common, saying he had seen more BBLs in one week than in his entire life.

He joked that if women were embracing change this boldly, then men might soon follow suit. He added that if people later saw him walking like a tripod, they should assume he had undergone his own kind of enhancement.

“Hey guys, what’s going on? There is too much BBL going on lately. Women are really embracing BBL, which means that they are really embracing change, and change is for everyone. So men, let’s embrace change, so two weeks from now, if you see me walking like a tripod, just know what I did. Three same size legs. We are embracing change. DDXL,” Flaqo joked.

Adding;

“Within the past week, I have seen seven BBLs. Throughout my life, I’ve not seen so many BBLs in Kenya. Two weeks from now, I will be walking like a crab.”

Flaqo’s satire comes amid several Kenyan influencers who have openly shared their cosmetic transformation journeys.

Lydia and Naomi BBLs

Lydia Wanjiru recently revealed that she underwent a BBL along with body-contouring procedures. She documented her clinic visits, recovery stages and her transformation, saying she wanted a sculpted shape after years of struggling with self-image.

Naomi Kuria also confirmed she had enhanced her waistline through a cosmetic procedure. She shared that she had undergone Airsculpt, which cost Ksh690, 000.

“Honestly, the airsculpt healed faster than I thought. At day 7, I was completely okay na uchungu ilikuwa imeisha. But now for me, I also have legs to heal,” Naomi shared.

Pritty Vishy has been especially vocal about her journey. She revealed that she underwent a BBL, a tummy tuck and 360 liposuction after an intense weight-loss period. She later explained that recovery was difficult and more demanding than she expected, saying her tummy often swelled and hardened.
