Kenyan dancehall artiste David Long’oji Ekiru, widely known as Dufla Diligon, has expressed disbelief upon discovering that comedian David Oyando, alias Mulamwah, had blocked him on Instagram.

Taking to his official Instagram account on Saturday, June 7, 2025, Dufla revealed that he discovered he had been blocked by Mulamwah during a conversation with fellow artiste Iyanii.

Dufla says that while attempting to search for the comedian’s profile, he found he no longer had access.

He advised him to reduce emotions.

Jana, we were having a conversation with Iyanii then am searching Mulamwah’s handle on IG only to realise that he blocked me. Yaani, mimi na Obinna kumbe we were at the same list… Punguza feelings, buda,” he stated.

This incident follows a similar situation involving media personality Steve Thompson Maghana, widely known as Oga Obinna.

Speaking during an interview with K24 TV on April 23, 2025, Obinna explained that he learnt of the event like everyone else online but was surprised to find out he had been blocked by Mulamwah, leaving him in the dark about the show altogether.

“I was not invited. Also, I was doing the content creators’ and Wasani’s match; we were raising funds for charity. Personally, I do not have beef with Mulamwah, even though I realised that day of the event he had blocked me,” Obinna said.

In his response to why he blocked Obinna, Mulamwah shared a video on his Instagram account of Obinna and Dem Wa Facebook discussing a fan’s comment about his son on their previous Weekly show, which did not please him.

The former radio presenter further claimed that while Obinna might have forgotten the cause of their fallout, it was still fresh in his mind.

Mwenye alikunia kwa barabara husahau, lakini mwenye alikanyaga hatawai sahau.Tofali ulikulia hapa,” Mulamwah explained.

Mulamwah further slammed Obinna for constantly offering unsolicited opinions on everything happening in the entertainment scene.

You like being at the centre of everything, ukona maoni ya kila kitu. Harusi imefanywa; you want to be the centre. Show inawekwa; you want to be the centre of it. Wacha watu wengine wa shine in the moment,” Mulamwah slammed Obinna.

Apart from Obinna, comedian Dem wa Facebook, digital content creators Nicholas Kioko, Wambo Ashley and Commentator also disclosed that they were blocked by Mulamwah.
