More specific details about Robert Ombima aka King Kaka’s sickness after a previous misdiagnosis in 2021 have emerged.

The 34-year-old has disclosed that a recent x-ray has shown similar results he got four months ago revealing that he still has two cavities in his lungs.

King Kaka says that when he first received the results, four months ago, doctors gave him 30 days to live.

“Xray showing niko na cavity kwa my 2 lungs bado. Walinipa 30 days niishi that was 4 months ago” (Four months ago, an x-ray still showed I had two cavities in my lungs. The doctors predicted I would only make it to 30 more days but I’m still living), he wrote on social media.

Kaka said he exhibited symptoms akin to those of Covid-19 but test results turned negative. He added that his condition led to a huge loss of weight.

The rapper said he had lost 33 kgs and experienced a waist size reduction from 36 to 33 adding that he had lost appetite for food and was only surviving on porridge and fruits.

“Dear Fans, it’s only right that I share this with you. I have been sick for 3 months 8 days now. I was misdiagnosed.
