Singer Esther Akoth alias Akothee has come out to respond to make-up artist Dennis Karuri who claimed that she was a difficult and rude client to deal with.

Taking to her social media pages, Akothee claimed that Karuri’s statements were false and defamatory.

Speaking to comedian Oga Obinna on his YouTube channel, Karuri had claimed that he traveled with Akothee to Migori for a work-related project where he claimed that the singer was constantly rude and mean to him.

Akothee has, however, dismissed the claims noting that she will sue Obinna for airing false sentiments on his channel to gain traction.

The mother of five, who said that her health condition doesn’t allow her to engage in an online fight, revealed that she will not accept an apology from the funnyman. She further noted that she has tasked her legal team to handle the matter.

“I am dealing with my health & how my money can work for me, I have no time for dealing with clout chasers. Someone will deal with it. I don’t need your private apology, just finish it the way you started it! This time sickness has humbled me, sina Nguvu ya kupigana online! Naweza kuwa napigana na mchawi, aniregeshe kitandani 🙏 (I don’t have the energy to fight other people online).

The Sweet Love hitmaker said that she will not allow anyone to use her name to elevate their social media channels. She called upon all content creators to build their networks without involving her.
