Popular Nigerian musician and performer Innocent Idibia, widely known as 2Baba or Tuface, is back in the spotlight after wedding photos with Natasha Osawaru, a sitting Member of Parliament for Edo State, Nigeria, surfaced online.

The colourful wedding pictures have surfaced online months after his reported separation from longtime partner Annie Idibia. The unexpected union has stirred widespread reactions, with fans expressing surprise over the quiet nature of the ceremony and the new chapter in the artist’s personal life.

With the wedding pictures surfacing online on Thursday, July 31, 2025, fans were left not knowing the exact day the wedding ceremony took place.

Notably, according to reports, the low-key wedding ceremony was attended by a small circle of close friends and family. Natasha stood out in a stunning orange gown, exuding grace and elegance, while 2Baba kept his look classic and understated.

2Face Idibia separation from Annie

2 Face Idibia and Annie were Nigeria’s biggest celebrity couple. Annie and Tuface got married in 2012 at a glamorous wedding.

Similarly, the following year, the couple had a star-studded wedding ceremony in 2013, an event which was widely followed in Nigeria, even though it took place in Dubai.

Notably, the couple renewed their vows in South Africa while filming a Netflix series, Young African and Famous.

The couple had two daughters together. However, things turned bizarre when 2Face announced their separation in early January of 2025 while further revealing plans of filing for a divorce.

“Annie Macauley and I have been separated for a while now, and are currently filing for divorce,” he said in the Instagram post.

Meanwhile, at the time, 2Face did not reveal the main reason for their separation. Likewise, just after sharing the news with his fans, he deleted the post and further posts that said his account was hacked, causing a more bizarre twist

On the other hand, just moments after his last post, the Nigerian artist went live on Instagram to confirm his initial post about his separation from Annie.

“No one hacked my account, I said what I said, I come in peace,” he said in the video.

Notably, at the time, the couple had also unfollowed each other on their respective social media platforms, reinforcing 2Baba’s earlier statement confirming their split.
