Murang’a Woman Representative Sabina Chege has asked wives to deny their husbands conjugal rights on August 9 until they vote for Raila Odinga as president of Kenya.

Sabina, who spoke in Vihiga County on Thursday, said Raila deserved to be president.

“I am asking men to forgive us that day. We shall close the ‘server’ until Baba becomes the president,” she said.

Sabina further said Raila has many supporters and he will win the presidential election by landslide.

“Baba is the people’s project and he will be the people’s president,” Sabina reiterated.

She further asked Vihiga residents to register as voters ahead of August 9 general election.

“Make sure you register as voters because we need many votes to take Raila to State House,” she added.

Azimio team has pitched camp in Vihiga County in what is seen as a move to counter the Kenya Kwanza alliance that has been crisscrossing the Western region to woo voters.
