Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has once again declared he had nothing to do with the mysterious murder of former Electoral Commission ICT director Chris Msando in July 2017.

The lawmaker threatened to sue anyone who links him with the incident and challenged police to make public their investigations on the same.

Msando died on July 29, 2017 a day after he was reported missing.

His death came days before the August General Election.

His body was found alongside that of Carol Ngumbu, a woman he is said to have been with on the night he went missing. Their bodies were found in Karura Forest.

Kuria said after Msando was reported missing he only volunteered information when the deceased’s car was spotted in Nairobi’s, Roysambu estate.

“I recorded a statement with police on what I knew. I must now say that enough is enough. I really want to bring this matter to an end. Any further linkage of my name with the disappearance of Msando will be dealt with by the courts,” he told journalists in a briefing at Parliament Buildings.

“I have had to live with a barrage of innuendos and accusations over the death of Msando.” On Sunday, Kuria had promised to spill the beans on Msando’s murder.
