Man chops off his genitals while asleep

A Ghanaian man has shocked the world after he chopped off his genitals during a bad dream.

According to BBC, Kofi Atta, 47, chopped part of his testicles after dozing off on the chair.

 “I was sitting in my chair when I dozed off. In my sleep I dreamt that I was cutting some meat in front of me.

“I don’t remember how I picked up the knife,” Kofi told the new channel.

Man screams for help

Neighbours, who heard his screams for help and probably thought he was being attacked rushed to his home in a bid to come to his rescue.

They, however, found him alone in the room, bleeding, and rushed him to hospital where he is still being treated.
