Arsenal confirm plans for Premier League title parade
Arsenal have confirmed plans for a Premier League title parade after clinching the 2025/26 league crown, with celebrations set to take place in the London borough of Islington on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
In a statement released on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, the North London club thanked supporters for backing the team throughout what they described as an “incredible journey” back to the summit of English football.

“We are PREMIER LEAGUE CHAMPIONS! Thank you to our supporters for being with us every step of the way on this incredible journey – showing up and turning out for each other and taking us back to where we belong,” the club said.
Lifting the trophy
The Gunners are expected to officially lift the Premier League trophy after their final match of the season against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park this weekend.
Arsenal also announced that the victory parade will begin at 2:00 pm (GBT) time and will bring together supporters and members of the local community to celebrate the club’s first league title in 22 years.
The parade comes just a day after Arsenal’s UEFA Champions League final clash against Paris Saint-Germain FC in Budapest on Saturday, May 30, 2026. The club noted that should Mikel Arteta’s side triumph in Europe, the celebrations would also honour a potential historic double.
Club officials warned that the event is expected to attract huge crowds across Islington, with road closures and parking suspensions likely to cause disruption throughout the area.

“We hope you are able to join our celebrations on the day. Local residents and businesses should be advised that the event will lead to disruption across the borough,” the statement added. Further details regarding the parade route and arrangements are expected to be released through Arsenal’s official communication channels in the coming days.
Following three runners-up finishes, the Gunners have sealed top spot after Manchester City drew 1-1 at Bournemouth on Tuesday night. Arsenal have topped the table for much of the season, but their title bid looked to have hit shaky ground in April as Man City started to breathe down their necks.
A 2-1 defeat at the Etihad seemed to hand the title advantage to City but the Gunners rallied and have held off Pep Guardiola’s side to win the league for the first time since the Invincibles in the 2003/04 season. It ends a six-year period without a trophy and is Arteta’s second major honour as manager at the Emirates Stadium.
