AFC Leopards plug fans with weekend plan after FKF Cup early exit

Football Kenya Premier League side AFC Leopards has encouraged supporters to attend the weekend action featuring two of its clubs on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
With the weekend league action taking a break for the resumption of the FKF Cup, AFC Leopards will be out of competitive football for the weekend after exiting the premier knockout competition at the round of 64 stage at the hands of BB Bread.
The club has instead implored supporters to rally support for the youth team and the ladies team, AFC Leopardess, who will both be in action.
“AFC Leopards SC senior team is out of action this weekend, but on Saturday, the youth team and our ladies’ team will be playing. Turn up in large numbers at these venues and support our teams,” part of the club’s statement read.

Meanwhile, the club’s youth team will also be in action in the FKF Nairobi West regional league
The clash will kick off at 3:00 pm
The National Super League side, Leopardess, faces a crucial top-of-the-table clash against Mathare United Women’s at the Dandora Stadium.
The FKF Women’s National Super League (NSL) encounter promises to be a thrilling match-up, with Mathare United Women seeking to extend its lead and subsequent chase for a promotion slot to the women’s top-tier league against an improved AFC Leopardess.
The previous encounter ended in a 2-0 victory for Mathare United Women, but their rivals are keen to close the seven-point gap between them.
The tie will kick off at 4:00 pm.
FKF round 32
The FKF Cup round of 32 fixtures will see several top-tier sides on a collision course over the weekend as the race for the premier competition is set to enter the quarterfinal stage.
Action will kick off on Friday, March 6, 2026, when Bidco United takes on Tusker FC at the Police Sacco Grounds, starting at 3:00 pm. The matches will intensify on Saturday, March 7, 2026, with a packed schedule across several venues. Zetech University FC will face KCB FC at Moi Stadium at 1:00 pm. At the same time in Eldoret, Mfalme FC will battle Wisdom Soccer at the Radar Grounds.
