A man has been arrested in connection with the fraudulent transfer of two company vehicles.

According to a statement released by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on Friday, February 13, 2026, detectives from the Serious Crime Unit took the individual of interest into custody.

The person, who is a director at the company, used forged documents to transfer ownership of both a Land Rover Discovery and a Nissan Sylphy into his name without permission.

Thanks to quick and thorough investigative work, one of the stolen vehicles, the Land Rover Discovery, has been recovered. It is now securely held as evidence.

The individual is currently in custody and undergoing processing as authorities prepare for arraignment.

Detectives from the Serious Crime Unit have apprehended a person of interest in connection with the fraudulent transfer of Digitalent Systems Limited’s vehicles. Using a web of forged documents, the individual, who is one of the company directors, deceitfully transferred ownership of not one but two company vehicles: a Land Rover Discovery and a Nissan Sylphy, into his name,” DCI stated.

“Thanks to swift investigative work, one of the stolen vehicles, the Land Rover Discovery, has been recovered and is now securely held as an exhibit. The man is currently in custody, undergoing processing pending arraignment.”
