‘Will be breaking news’ – Peter Kioi claims he is sure he is dying this year
TikToker Peter Kioi has sparked concern online after making emotional remarks in which he claimed he believes he may not live beyond 2026 due to ongoing health complications.
Speaking in a TikTok live on Sunday, April 26, 2026, Kioi opened up about his medical condition, stating that he has been battling kidney failure as well as complications affecting his liver. He said the situation has taken a heavy toll on him both physically and emotionally.
“The good thing about me is that I have accepted that this disease has already brought me down, so the next big thing will be my burial event, and you all should not miss it,” he insisted.
Kioi claimed that doctors had at one point considered removing one of his kidneys but were unable to proceed, leaving him to manage the condition as it progressed.
He added that the combination of kidney and liver complications had made his outlook uncertain.
“That is why nowadays I have just decided to go on a drinking spree because I was unable to control it. The disease I have is kidney failure, and one of the kidneys was supposed to be removed but they were unable to,” Kio stated.

In his remarks, he said he had come to terms with what he described as the possibility of death, noting that he had accepted his situation wholeheartedly.
He went on to say that he believes the year may not end with him still alive, sentiments that drew mixed reactions from viewers.
“I have accepted it wholeheartedly. Some people will ask about the day, but all I can say is that the day will come, and when it comes, don’t miss it. Just come home and say hi to my mum,” he said.
He also urged his followers to support his family in the event of his death, asking them to show compassion to his mother.
At the same time, he admitted that he had recently struggled with controlling certain habits, which he linked to the emotional weight of his condition.
“I want you to come and tell my mum sorry. I am very sure that this year 2026, will not end if I am still alive. Also, my liver has a problem. So that is the situation, and even if it were you, I know you would not know what to do,” he said.
Despite the gravity of his claims, Kioi did not provide medical documentation to support the extent of his prognosis, and it remains unclear what professional medical advice he has received regarding his condition.
