Pastor Kanyari reveals shocking thing Marion Naipei did after hopping into his car drunk
By Steve Ireri, April 26, 2026Salvation Healing Ministry founder Pastor Victor Kanyari has continued to express concern that social media personality Marion Naipei has not fully left behind her drinking habits despite previously joining his church and even being introduced to participate in ministry-related duties.
Speaking during his Sunday service on April 26, 2026, Pastor Kanyari narrated an incident that he claimed happened during a recent campaign-related outing where the two were together.
He claimed that Marion Naipei became heavily intoxicated during the event, to the point where she began behaving in a disruptive manner, engaging with members of the public in a way he described as embarrassing and inconsistent with the purpose of the campaign visit.
“We had gone out normally during my campaigns lately, and Marion Naipei got so drunk that she even forgot she was with me. She started telling off random people, even those I had gone to campaign with, and told them angrily that we don’t need their votes,” Kanyari said.

According to Kanyari, the situation escalated to a point where he had to intervene and request that she step away from the public engagement and return to the vehicle in order to avoid further disruption.
He further claimed that even after returning to the car, she remained in a highly intoxicated state and ended up urinating in the car.
“I had to intervene and pleaded with her to go back to the car because she was ruining things. But even worse, when she went back to the car, she remained heavily intoxicated and I struggled to manage the situation,” he said.
He did not provide additional evidence for the claims but used the moment during his sermon to warn against behaviour he described as inconsistent with spiritual transformation.
Concerning addiction
Previously, the self-proclaimed prophet expressed concern over social media personality Marion Naipei’s continued consumption of alcohol, despite having ordained her to handle key duties within his church.
Speaking during his Sunday, March 29, 2026, service, Kanyari noted that guiding some individuals toward change can be particularly challenging.
“With Marion Naipei, I feel like trying to tame a wild animal is always challenging,” he said.
He revealed that Naipei had consumed alcohol throughout the previous night, yet was expected to be present at church early on Sunday.
Kanyari described how she would eventually arrive late and dramatically enter the service, drawing attention from the congregation.
“Marion Naipei was drinking alcohol the whole night yesterday, and she should be in church here, but she has yet to arrive. You will see her arriving late and entering the church dramatically,” he added.

The pastor highlighted that he has repeatedly encouraged Naipei to stop drinking, but her actions continue to contradict her assurances.
He observed indications that she had recently consumed alcohol, despite claiming to have quit, which he said demonstrates the difficulty of changing certain habits.
Kanyari compared the challenge of guiding Naipei to taming a wild animal, acknowledging that while he feels called to help individuals transform, some cases require more patience and persistence than others.
“She drank alcohol the whole of yesterday, Saturday, and I have been telling her to stop, but she tells me she has stopped, yet you can see her wiping her lips after drinking,” the preacher said.
Despite these setbacks, he reaffirmed his commitment to continue mentoring Naipei, emphasising that his efforts to guide her toward positive change would persist, even though the process is not easy.
He stressed that while some people may be particularly hard to influence, his dedication to helping individuals grow spiritually and morally remains unwavering.
“Now I feel that even if God called me to change people, surely for some individuals it will be hard to change. But I will keep trying, though it is not easy,” Kanyari said.
