Harmonize’s record label, KondeGang, has addressed the removal of his newly released song “Beautiful” from YouTube just days after it was released on August 14, 2026.

On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, the official KondeGang Instagram account issued a statement explaining the sudden removal.

In a message to fans, KondeGang said the song had been taken down following a copyright claim.

“Dear fans, we would like to inform you that our new song ‘Beautiful’ by Harmonize has been removed from YouTube due to a copyright claim made by someone else,” the statement read.

The label said its team was already working to resolve the matter and urged fans to remain patient.

“Our team is already following up on the matter closely and taking the necessary steps to resolve it,” KondeGang added.

The message ended with a request for continued support from Harmonize’s fans.

‘Beautiful’ opens Harmonize’s upcoming album

Released on August 14, “Beautiful” was set to serve as the first track from 31, Harmonize’s upcoming album.

The project is scheduled for release on September 4, giving fans a preview of what to expect from the singer’s next body of work.

“Beautiful” is a romantic blend of Bongo Flava, Afrobeats and Amapiano.

Harmonize combines Swahili and English lyrics to celebrate a woman whose beauty goes beyond her physical appearance, highlighting qualities such as character, loyalty and the positive impact she brings to his life.

An official music video had also been released on Harmonize’s YouTube channel before the copyright issue led to its removal.

The removal of the song comes as a setback for Harmonize as he builds anticipation for his upcoming album, 31, set for release on September 4, 2026, with “Beautiful” serving as the album’s first track.

The removal means the song has temporarily lost visibility on one of the world’s biggest music platforms at a time when Harmonize is promoting his upcoming project.

However, the song remains available on other streaming and music platforms, allowing fans to continue listening while the dispute is being addressed.

Harmonize copyright disputes before

The latest incident is not the first time Harmonize has faced a copyright dispute on YouTube.

In previous years, songs including “Uno” and “Sherehe” were temporarily removed following copyright claims.

Harmonize’s team previously worked to resolve such disputes, with affected content later restored.
