In a TikTok live on Saturday, April 18, 2026, Majembe, who recently rose to fame in the boxing scene, made the revelation after what was meant to be a day of celebration turned into an unexpected setback.

He walked away with the official Vurugu Championship Belt, Ksh 1 million in cash, a Toyota Noah valued at approximately Ksh 2.6 million, a Taro GP1 sport bike worth around Ksh 400,000, and a one-year gym membership with supplements.
The high-profile fight also drew recognition from the highest office, with President William Ruto personally congratulating Majembe.
