Malcolm and KRG The Don bury the hatchet after beef

US-based Kenyan TikTok content creator Arnold Malcolm and musician KRG The Don appears to have buried the hatchet after months of a public beef that saw the two exchange jabs online.
KRG appeared to confirm that the beef was over after sharing a video of Malcolm enjoying his latest hit song, Tuna.
While sharing the clip, KRG welcomed the apparent end of their differences, suggesting that the two had now chosen to make peace.
“Haiya sasa beef imeisha tu hivyo!!!! Tuna pendana sasa,” KRG wrote on Tuesday, September 22,2026.
The post marked a notable change from the heated exchanges that previously played out between the two personalities, with their fallout attracting considerable attention online.
Malcom and KRG’s beef
The beef began in March 2026 after Malcolm questioned the credibility of KRG’s ‘Dancehall Artist of the Year’ award at the Kenya C Awards. The disagreement quickly escalated, with both personalities taking shots at each other.
KRG responded to Malcolm’s criticism with a series of remarks, at one point telling the TikToker to concentrate on his work rather than music.
“Endesha trela, mambo ya muziki huwezani na akili yako ya kinywero,” KRG said at the time.
He also claimed that Malcolm had moved abroad after failing to succeed in Kenya, saying, “Kenya ilikushinda.”
Malcolm, however, hit back at KRG, dismissing the exchanges and taking aim at the musician in his own responses. He also sarcastically suggested that KRG could try becoming the “King of Dancehall in Timbuktu”.
The fallout later extended into music, with KRG releasing a diss track, Big League, aimed at the US-based content creator.
Months after their heated exchanges, however, the latest interaction between the two personalities suggests that their relationship may have taken a different turn.
KRG’s decision to share Malcolm dancing and jamming to Tuna appeared to signal that the two had moved past their differences.
The gesture comes as KRG continues promoting Tuna, his latest release, which was released in September 2026.
