Lynne Njihia reflects on miscarriage loss, says healing never truly comes
Lifestyle influencer Lynne Njihia has reflected on her miscarriage loss, saying healing never truly comes and that the pain stays with time.
She shared her experience while opening up about the emotional weight that follows such a loss on Sunday, April 12, 2026.
She explained that miscarriage brings a unique kind of pain that is difficult to fully overcome. She said it is something one learns to live with rather than something that disappears completely.
“One thing I’ve come to realise is that you never heal from a miscarriage, you just learn to live with the pain,” Lynne Njihia said.

She added that the connection between a mother and her unborn child makes the loss even harder. She explained that this bond is deeply personal and not easily understood by others.
“It’s the hardest pain to carry as you’re the only one who was connected to the angel,” she said.
She went on to express how overwhelming the experience can be, especially when thinking about others who have gone through it more than once. She said the thought of multiple miscarriages is difficult to comprehend.
“I don’t even want to imagine the pain of having multiple miscarriages,” Lynne Njihia said.
The lasting pain of pregnancy loss
She explained that the loss continues to affect daily life, even after time has passed. She said healing does not mean forgetting, but learning how to carry the pain differently.
In November 2022, Eric Omondi, who was dating Lynne at the time, also spoke about the loss of their child. He explained that the experience was one of the most difficult moments he had faced.

“Last night was one of the Longest nights in my life. We fought for over 5 hours to try and save our little Angel, but God had other plans,” Eric Omondi said.
He added that even though they never got to meet their child, the emotional connection was strong. He said the memory of their child remains important to them.
“We never met you, but we sure felt you and will Forever Love you,” he said.

Eric Omondi also showed support to Lynne Njihia, acknowledging the strength it takes to go through such an experience. He explained that women carry a heavy burden in moments like these.
Lynne Njihia maintained that her experience reflects the reality many women face in silence. She said the pain may not fully go away, but people find ways to continue living with it over time.
