Gloria Ntazola has defended her decision to undergo cosmetic surgery, saying the results she wanted would have taken years to achieve through the gym alone.

Speaking about her new body on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, she explained that surgery helped her reach her goal faster, while the gym will now help her maintain the results over time.

“Gym will never give me this in a month or even a year,” Gloria said while addressing questions about her transformation.

She added that the gym still plays an important role in her journey, saying, “But now the gym can maintain this for a very long time.”

Her remarks show that she does not see surgery and fitness as competing choices, but as methods that can work together.

Gloria was firm about standing by her choice and acknowledged that it came with risks.

“I take all risks in this life,” she said, stressing that the decision was personal and carefully considered. According to her, the outcome matters more than the time it takes to achieve it, especially when someone is clear about what they want.

Why Gloria is pushing back against criticism

Her remarks come days after she addressed growing criticism around different fitness and weight loss methods. On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, Gloria urged people to stop attacking each other online over their choices for getting fit or losing weight.

“We are both striving towards the same goal,” she said, while calling out the insults being exchanged on social media.

“Whether you are doing Ozempic, whether you are doing gym, whether you are doing a surgery, we are striving towards the same goal,” she said.

Gloria questioned why people feel the need to judge others instead of focusing on their own progress.

“Why are you throwing insults at each other?” she asked, adding that everyone is simply trying to improve their appearance in the way that works best for them.

She said people should focus on results instead of methods, noting that bodies respond differently to different approaches. According to Gloria, some people choose the gym, others choose medication, and some opt for surgery, but the end goal remains the same.
