Businesswoman and reality TV star Zari Hassan is celebrating a special milestone as her daughter, Tiffah, whom she shares with Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz, turns 11.

Taking to social media on Thursday, August 6, 2026, Zari marked her daughter’s birthday with a heartfelt message expressing just how much Tiffah means to her.

Tiffah’s birth

Princess Tiffah, whose full name is Latiffah, is one of Zari and Diamond Platnumz’s two children together. She was born on November 6, 2015, and is Diamond’s first daughter.

Despite ending their romantic relationship years ago, the former couple have continued to co-parent their children and have often publicly celebrated important milestones in their lives.

Over the years, Tiffah has grown up in the public eye, with both Zari and Diamond frequently sharing family moments and birthday celebrations on social media. Her latest birthday celebration was no exception, attracting warm wishes from fans and fellow celebrities who joined the family in marking her special day.

Zari and Diamond’s love story

Zari and Diamond’s love story began years earlier when Zari reached out to the singer on social media, asking him to headline her annual white party. What started as a simple request blossomed into one of East Africa’s most high-profile celebrity relationships. The two would later welcome two children together, Latifah and Prince Nillan.

However, their romance came to an end in 2018 after a highly publicised breakup. Infidelity was one of the key reasons for their split, with Diamond admitting that he had cheated on Zari with model Hamisa Mobetto.

Despite the painful separation, the two have since maintained a working relationship for the sake of their children.

They have appeared together at family functions and even featured on the Netflix reality series Young, Famous & African, where their journey as ex-lovers and co-parents played out on screen.
