Vindee appeals to Oga Obinna for a spot in Vurugu 3 celebrity boxing event

Content creator and streamer Vindee has publicly appealed to media personality Oga Obinna to include him in the upcoming Vurugu 3 celebrity boxing event, saying he is more than ready to step into the ring.
In a video shared on his Instagram page on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, Vindee confidently declared that he wants a place on the fight card and asked fans to help make it happen by tagging Obinna and suggesting possible opponents.
Wants a place in Vurugu 3
Vindee said he believes the time has come for him to participate in the boxing event, adding that he is prepared for the challenge. “It’s high time. I feel like Obinna should let me participate in Vurugu 3 because I’m ready like never before,” Vindee said.
He also invited his followers to suggest who they would like to see him face in the ring. “I humbly request, guys, tag Obinna in this video. Tag anyone you feel should be my competitor. Tag anyone that you feel I should fight. I should scatter his face in Vurugu 3,” he added.
Proud of his training
The streamer also joked that his training abroad had prepared him for the competition and made a case for why he deserves a chance.
“Obinna, let me be the first Kenyan who was trained in Germany with German machines to participate in Vurugu 3. So guys, tag anyone that you feel I should fight in Vurugu 3,” Vindee said.
Vurugu 3 excitement continues
Vindee’s request comes as excitement continues to build around Vurugu 3. Recently, Obinna teased several possible celebrity match-ups, including a potential fight between content creator Andrew Kibe and Mumias East MP Peter Salasya.
Obinna also recently urged Kibe’s supporters to encourage him to sign his contract, indicating that organisers are working towards finalising the fight card.

While waiting for a response from Obinna, Vindee has continued with his live stream during his stay in Germany, where he has visited different locations and met Kenyans living in the country.
His latest appeal has now sparked conversation among fans, with many beginning to suggest possible opponents they would like to see him face should he secure a place in Vurugu 3.
