Pritty Vishy encourages women to start beauty businesses despite competition

Kenyan content creator Pritty Vishy has encouraged women who have been putting off their business dreams because they fear the market is already crowded. In a message shared on her Instagram page on Tuesday, July 15, 2026, the influencer reminded aspiring entrepreneurs that success is not determined by the number of people already offering the same service.
Speaking directly to women interested in the beauty industry, Pritty said there is still room for everyone willing to put in the work. From nail technicians and hairstylists to makeup artists and lash technicians, she believes every business can find its own loyal customers.
“It doesn’t matter how many people do nails, hair, lashes & makeup, if God called you to start that business sis!! there is a client for you!!!” Pritty Vishy stated.

This comes months after she criticised women who focus on manifesting relationships instead of prioritising financial and personal goals.
In a statement shared via her Instagram Stories on May 22, 2026, she questioned the idea of women focusing on “manifesting a man” in today’s world.
“Imagine saying you manifested for a maaaan in 2026? as how naaaah Kwani mliacha kumanifestia manyumba, magari, pesa, etc? syllabus inakimbia yawaaaaa Niko hospital wacha mimi nilale jowadwa,” Pritty Vishy stated.
She argued that priorities should be shifting towards building wealth, owning property, and securing financial stability, rather than centring life goals on relationships alone.
