Nurse Judy opens up about people constantly begging her for money

Nurse Judy has called out people she says are constantly asking her for money, warning that helping someone financially does not mean they can keep coming back with requests.
She said she has had to set boundaries after some people repeatedly sent her messages asking for financial help.
Judy explained that she sometimes randomly chooses people from her DMs to support financially. However, she said this should not be taken as permission to keep sending her long messages and sad stories asking for money.
“When I randomly choose people from my DMs to help financially, that does NOT give you a lifetime subscription to my wallet, ama license ya kunispam with paragraphs and paragraphs of sob stories every other day,” Nurse Judy said on Saturday, August 29, 2026.
The nurse said she recently blocked two women because of their repeated requests and was about to block another person. She explained that there comes a point when asking for help can feel like someone is taking advantage of her kindness.
“There are actually 2 ladies I recently had to BLOCK, and I’m about to block 1 more just now, cz at some point, it stops feeling like someone asking for help and starts feeling like you taking advantage of my kindness,” Nurse Judy said.
Judy explains her decision
Judy said she loves helping people because she understands what it feels like to lack and need someone to come through for you. She explained that if she had the ability, she would help everyone who needs support.
“I LOVE helping people because I know exactly how it feels to lack. I know what it feels like to need somebody to come through for you, and if I had the capacity, trust me, I would help everybody,” Nurse Judy said.
However, Judy said she cannot financially support everyone who reaches out to her. She explained that sharing content about money does not mean she has extra money that she can freely give away.
“But I CAN’T aki jamani. Just because I share about money doesn’t mean I have free money to give out; even when I give, it’s a sacrifice,” Nurse Judy said.
“Kuna one lady who messaged me with a sad story involving her kid. I genuinely felt moved, so I sent her money,” Nurse Judy said.
Judy explained that the same woman later returned with another situation, but she still chose to help her for a second time.
