Dem wa Facebook has expressed deep gratitude to Jacky Vike, popularly known as Awinja, for the strong support she received during her pregnancy and delivery journey.

On Friday, June 19, 2026, she shared that Awinja remained present from the moment she announced her pregnancy to the time she gave birth, offering emotional and physical support throughout the entire period.

Dem wa Facebook said Awinja was among the first people to reach out after she revealed she was expecting. She explained that the actress not only confirmed the news but also assured her that she would not go through the journey alone. According to her, this early promise marked the beginning of the constant support that followed.

“Now to this beautiful soul, @jackyvike aka Awinja. I don’t even know how to say thank you; only God can reward you, my sister,” Dem wa Facebook said.

She further explained that Awinja kept checking on her regularly during the pregnancy period. She noted that the support was consistent and helped her feel cared for during a time that can be both emotional and challenging for many people.

Constant care through the journey

Dem wa Facebook detailed how Awinja continued to show up even during critical moments. She said that when she was admitted for delivery, Awinja made time to visit her every single day and stayed close through the process. She added that this presence gave her strength during that period.

“From the day I shared that I was pregnant, you were among the first people to call: not just to confirm it was true, but to promise that I wouldn’t walk that journey alone,” Dem wa Facebook said.

She also explained that after delivery, Awinja continued to be part of her recovery journey. According to her, they went on postnatal walks together, and those moments played an important role in her healing process.

“And true to your word, you were there every step of the way. You checked on me constantly, made sure I was okay, and when I was admitted for delivery, you showed up every single day. We did the postnatal walks together, and as always, your jokes lifted my spirits on the days I needed it most,” Dem wa Facebook said.

Dem wa Facebook said the experience made her feel supported during a very vulnerable time in her life. She appreciated the emotional comfort she received and noted that it helped make the journey lighter and easier to handle.

“Thank you for your love, your presence, and for making such a vulnerable season feel lighter. God bless you, my sister Nakupenda sana,” Dem wa Facebook said.
